Submit Finished Art via e-mail
You know the routine. We strongly urge you to send all files in VECTOR art as Adobe Illustrator. ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR, VERSION 8.0 to CS3 Save as EPS file. Must be a true illustrator file (Created in Illustrator not imported). Convert all text(fonts) to curves (outline).

Convert/Edit Existing Files
Okay, all you have is a jpeg, pdf, scan of something and you need us to convert to vector art. No Problem. Send it to us via e-mail and we will provide a cost estimate to convert it. It may be as little at $25.00 but we will let you know the cost before we proceed. We can also edit existing files so if you want to add a tag line, remove copy or modify your design send it over and we will provide a cost estimate to have this done. Most conversions and simple edits can be done is 24 hours.
Create a New Logo or Design
So you drew something on a napkin and want it printed on a mug and embroidered on a shirt or you need a new logo or design for your event? Maybe your are having an anniversary year and want to put it on all your printing and promotional items. Send us an e-mail with your details and we will create a new logo or image for you.
Embroidery Files
Yes, we can digitize your logo for embroidery. If you have an existing dst, emb, pum or any other embroidery file send it over. If you want a new embroidery design set-up follow the same instructions above for submitting artwork and we will have it digitized for you.
When sending any artwork be sure to include the following:
Your Name, Company Name, Address, Phone Number and extension. You also want to include PO Number and File name of the artwork on all E-mails (PLEASE NOTE: Choose a file name related to the artwork such as PO#1400 ABC Company-BluePens DO NOT NAME THE FILE “Pens” this makes it more difficult to match it to your order.)
